The American comic artist Ron Harris contributed to the underground comic book 'Barbarian Women' in 1977. From 1981 to 1982, he drew the 'Star Trek' newspaper comic with text by Sherman DiVono and syndicated by the LA Times Mirror. During the same period, he worked on the 'Dallas' newspaper strip.
In the mid-1980s, he was present at First Comics, where he drew 'Alter Ego', a tribute to the Golden Age of Comics, with scripts by Roy Thomas. He has additionally worked on Marvel's 'Crash Ryan' and DC's 'Infinity Inc.', 'Young All-Stars' and 'Justice Society of America'. Harris has also worked as an animator for companies like Hanna-Barbera, DiC and Marvel/Sunbow.
