Leo Henny is a Dutch journalist and occasional comic artist. While working as a journalist for the Hague paper Het Binnenhof, he was the author of the minimalistic comic strip 'Friemels', about small animals. It was published in the local papers distributed by the Drents Groningse Pers and the Persunie group. One was Leidsche Courant, where 'Friemels' ran from 3 January 1980 until 30 December 1986.
