'Orce-man'.
Born in Granada, Carlos Hernández Sánchez started out contributing to comic fanzines in Granada in the early 1990s. He published his first comics in the Granada magazine V.O. in 1992-93. He created his comic character 'Chucky, the Greatest Jits' in 1996, but replaced it the following year for the cave-man 'Orce-Man', published daily in the East-Andalusian newspaper IDEAL. He also makes illustrations for the paper's opinion and culture sections. He revived his 'Chucky' character for El Batracio Amarillo in 2000. He has also illustrated children's books. In 2009 he developed a new comic strip, called 'El Dorado'.
In 2018 Carlos Hernández Sánchez made a graphic novel about famous Surrealist painter Salvador Dalí, published by Norma.
