Ellert en Brammert
Ben Huisjes is a commercial illustrator and comic artist. Before he became a professional he has drawn for the publications of the Salvation Army. He has made short strips for Strukton ('Henk & Harry'), Strabag ('George & Gilbert') and NUON ('Bob & Bert'). Together with writer Dick Blanke he made a modern version of the mythical Drenthian story 'Ellert en Brammert' for Het Drentse Boek in 2004.
