Tatsuya Ishida is the comic artist who created the popular webcomic 'Sinfest'. After an unsuccessful stint as a comic book penciller (a.o. Dark Horse's 'G.I. Joe Extreme' and 'Godzilla') in the early 1990s, and working in animation for while, he started his popular webcomic in 2000. As one of the webcomic pioneers, Ishida has almost 2 million monthly visitors on his site. He has self-published several 'Sinfest' collections, and a Dark Horse collection is produced in 2009. In the 1990s he co-created and penciled a comic called StrangeLove for Entity Comics with partner Stacy Freeman.
