Le Grübyûl infernal (Zine Zag 5)
Born in Quebec, Julien Dufour began his comics career in 1995 under the guidance of Eric Asselin and André-Philippe Côté. He cooperated on the student's magazine Le Prime for five years. He created his character Gontrand Bouffard in Bédémag magazine in 1996. Later on, Jull cooperated on the fanzine Tabasko! and he founded the weekly Intestin Radioactif, for which he created the secret-agent 'Pedra Patatoe'. In 2000, he produced the superhero parody 'Superpig #143', and cooperated on the fanzines Zine Zag and Doigt dans L'Oeil. He also began a collaboration with the magazine Safarir.
