Cinder Smith (Super Duper Comics #3, 1947)
Fred Kelly was an artist at the Canadian comic book publisher Bell Features in the 1940s. He was the creator and artist of 'Doc Stearne', a character that was resurrected in the 1980s as 'Mr. Monster' by Michael T. Gilbert. Another feature by Kelly was 'Cinder Smith'.

Kelly has also drawn for the Canadian Heroes comic book, a rather educational comic containing profiles of Canadian prime ministers and governor-generals and historical narratives.
