Thorsten Kiecker worked for Hahn-Film before he joined Mosaik magazine from 1993 to 1995. In cooperation with Lona Rietschel he further developed the magazine's main characters, 'Die Abrafaxe'. With Andreas Pasda and Hubertus Rufledt he also made some albums with the characters, including the projects 'Hollywood Pursuit', 'Die Kleinen Detective', 'Mach's noch einmal, Robin!' and 'Congo'.
Ria Chroniques de la Lumière
In 2000, he left the team and commenced working on his personal projects, such as his multimedia fantasy series 'Ria - The Lightclan Chronicles'. A series of comic books written by Fred and Mary Pullin and drawn by Kiecker has been published by the French publishing house Paquet under the title 'Ria Chroniques de la Lumière' since 2011. Kiecker has worked as as an art director and character design supervisor in the animation industry, and as consultant in the game industry through his company Stenarts.
