Paolo Lamanna is born in Rho, in the province of Milan. He is a graduate from the Scuola del Fumetto in Milan and works as an artist and illustrator for several Italian publishers. After a short collaboration with Marvel USA, he began a collaboration with the French publishing house Soleil, working as a colorist on 'Monster Allery' (with Barbucci and Canepa), 'Alienor' (with Donald Soffritti), 'Daffodil' (with Giovanni Rigano) and 'Sky Doll' (with Barbucci/Canepa). In addition, he works as producer of storyboard artist for many advertising agencies in Italy. For Disney Italia, he does illustration work for W.i.t.c.h. and he has also drawn comics with the character 'Videomax'.
