'La Donna Ragna', art presumably by Carlo Leone.
Carlo Leone is an Italian artist, who was affiliated with the comic art studio Staff di IF by Gianni Bono in the 1970s and 1980s. Leone has worked on western and adventure comics for a mainstream audience, and also on erotic or even hardcore comics for adult readers. With Augusto Chizzoli, he was responsible of the pornographic comic book 'La Donna Ragna', a parody of Marvel's 'Spider-Man' by Galax Editrice. In the same tradition, his art appeared in 'Cappucetto Rotto' (an erotic rendition of 'Little Red Riding Hood'), 'Vampira', 'Lucciola' (with Leonardo Galliano), 'La Corsara Nera' and 'Odeon' by such companies as Edifumetto and Edizioni Sud.
His mainstream comics include the pirate comic 'El Tigre' (Emmevi Editrice) and the westerns 'Il Piccolo Ranger' (Daim Press), 'Davy Crockett' (Edinational) and 'E Lo Chiamarono... Hondo' (Edinational).
