Ulf Lundkvist is a Swedish comic creator, illustrator, and painter. In his work, Lundkvist often depicts the Sweden of the 1940s, 50s and 60s. One of his most famous creations is the strip 'Assar', an absurd story about a hot dog. Book collections with Lundkvist's work have appeared since 1980. Much of his work has appeared in magazine Galago.
