'Cerise et Garou'.
Born in Blois, Patrice Le Sourd (Lynel) studied at the Academy of Fine Arts of Blois for two years. He became a photographer and illustrator for a French magazine that was published in Berlin. Back in France, he got married and started working on comic books, initially under the pseudonym Lynel. He made his debut with 'Professeur Stigmatus', created in cooperation with Tarek, of which one book was published by Pointe Noire in 2002.
Le Sourd then made two books of the fantasy comic 'Un Autre Monde' with Régis Hautière for Paquet in 2006 and 2007. He has been working with author Marc Cantin on several books since 2009, including the children's book 'Le Trésor de William' (Carabas, 2009), and the comics 'Wally Doyle et le passe mémoire' (Clair de Lune, 2010), 'Cerise et Garou' (Clair de Lune, 2011-12) and 'Voisin Voisine' (Clair de Lune, 2014). Le Sourd started the humorous series 'Tennis Kids' with Céka at Bamboo in 2014.
