Cathy Malkasian is an American animator. She started her career as sound editor on 'Mr. Bogus' and 'Widget, the World Watcher' (1991), produced by Calico and Zodiac Entertainment. Since 1997 she is employed with Klasky Csupo. She was a storyboard artist and (co-) director of many animated series, such as Everett Peck's Duckman', 'Rugrats', 'Stressed Eric' and the movie 'The Wild Thornberry's'. She was director of the TV series 'Curious George', based on the popular children's book series of the same name. She also makes comics, and has published 'Peter Contrarious'. She contributed to the anthology 'Top Shelf Asks the Big Questions' and worked on the graphic novel 'Birth'.
