Luis Manchado González studied Fine Arts at the University of Castilla La Mancha between 1994 and 1998. He took part in several contests for young comic artists in the period 1998-2000 and has won several prizes. Starting in 2000, he has worked in illustration and animation, through several agencies and publishers.
He has done interactive game designs for 'Kirico Multiforma', cooperated on theater plays and had his own animation series on the internet (www.alparaguay.com). He has done comics for TOS magazine, and for collective books like 'El Corazón de las Tinieblas' and 'Plagio de Encantes', both by INJUVE and Ediciones Sinsentido. He works mostly in cooperation with scriptwriter Raquel Jiménez.
