In the late 1980s, Mitch Manzer wrote and drew 'Rory Randall, The Singin' Cowboy' for Fantagraphic Books' Prime Cuts magazine, then went on to create the gonzo adventure comic 'Lust Of The Nazi Weasel Women', as well as many one-shots in various alternative comic magazines. After a stint writing for television, he became involved in animation in the mid-1990s. Besides working in almost every department from design to layout, he has storyboarded over a hundred cartoons, including the TV series 'Arthur', 'Little Bear', 'Franklin the Turtle' and 'BraceFace'.
