L'Apprenti Cow-Boy, by Guy Marcireau

Guy Marcireau was an art teacher and comics artist. He debuted in 1949 with 'Sogor le Corsaire' at Ray-Flo Éditions. He subsequently worked for the Société Française Illustrée, drawing 'Jean la Misère' for Arc-en-Ciel and 'Morin le Fort' for Titan, as well as 'Cap Cardona', 'Cap Zoom', 'Nicolas Enfant de Paris', 'L'Apprenti Cow-Boy' for Spécial Zorro. In the daily press, Marcireau was the artist of horizontal comic strips like 'Monsieur Lecoq' (1960-62), 'Béatrice' (1965), 'Masque Rouge' (1965-66) and 'Douce Amère' (1967-68) for Le Parisien Libéré.
