Craig Maynard worked as a writer, artist and letterer for Fantagraphics in the 1980s and 1990s. He contributed to Prime Cuts and Graphic Story Monthly, creating among others the erotic comic 'Up From Bondage' in 1991. He additionally made the 3-issue gay mini-series 'Leatherboy' on Eros Comix/Fantagraphics in 1994.
