Toni Mena was a beginner when he teamed up with writer Juan Bas and started publishing in Spanish magazines for a short period during the 1980s. His comics appeared in El Víbora, Creepy, Cimoc and Tótem (second run). They also did the series of three episodes 'Después del Diluvio' which was included in Cimoc in 1986.
