Caroline Merola is the daughter of a comedienne and a sculptor. She studied fine arts at the University of Concordia, and took a career in comics afterwards. She drew several stories for the magazine Croc, and released several comic albums since 1986, such as 'Cent Dangers', 'Ma Meteor Bleue', 'La Maison Truquée', 'Frissons d'Humour' and 'Le Rêve du Collectionneur'. She has also written several children's books with the publishing house Boréal.
