After completing his scientific studies, Giacomo Michelon studied architecture for another year. He settled in Milan, where he started out working for an advertising agency. He signs almost all his work with Giac. In 1988, he joined the art studio of Silver, where he scripted and drew stories with 'Lupo Alberto' and 'Cattivik'. In 1996, he began his own publishing house, La Comica, and launched his own monthly L'Isola che non c'è. He created the series 'Robi, Storie di Ragazzi d'Oggi', which is published in several magazines.
