Luis Montaña Alsina is a Catalan illustrator. He began his career as a comic artist in 1972, working for the Italian market. Montaña drawn comics for several countries, including Australia, France ('Rex', 'Agent Special', 'Tobrouk'), Italy ('Bliz', Il Monello) and Germany (Gespenster Geschichten), in cooperation with scriptwriters like Sotillos and Vera Ramírez. For the Spanish market, he created his best known series, 'Ray Benson'.
