Zar Wasserwirbel (Freien Welt, 1989)
Tanja Neljubina was born in Sverdlovsk (Yekaterinburg). She studied architecture and initially worked as a professor at the School of Architecture. She moved to the DDR in the 1980s, where she began a career as a freelance graphic artist in 1987. Her illustrations and comics appeared in magazines like Eulenspiegel and Freien Welt. She also illustrated for publishers like Volk und Welt.
