After being educated to become an accountant, Alessandro Nespolino attended the Roman Comics School. He started his career at the publishing house Fenix. He began a collaboration with Ade Capone in 1994, and illustrated several short stories and a special episode of 'Lazarus Ledd'. For the Scuola Italiana di Comix in Naples, Nespolino illustrated 'La Vita del Beato Bartolo Longo'. He became an illustrator of the series 'Nick Raider' at Bonelli in 2000.
