Bulbox by Netch

Belgian comic artist Netch was born in 1985. He graduated from the comic strip department of the École Supérieure des Arts Saint-Luc in Liège in 2011. During his studies, he published his first works in the Jade Magazine (6 Pieds Sous Terre) and he self-published his first book. He began his professional career as assistant for Midam at Studio MAD Fabrik. He pencilled and inked pages for the comics 'Grrreeny' and 'Game Over', backgrounds for 'Kid Paddle' and various drawings for Wapiti Magazine.

In 2013, he joined Le Journal de Mickey to draw illustrations and his first book, 'Magnétophone', was published by the Belgian editor Poivre & Sel. From 2013 to 2014, he created 'Zostère le reporter', a weekly strip for the newspaper L'Avenir. In 2014, he created 'Bulbox', a comic that he writes and draws for Spirou magazine (Dupuis). The first 'Bulbox' book, 'Tu m’prends la tête!', was published by Kramiek in 2015. Since 2015, he makes stories with the classic characters 'Placid et Muzo' with comic writer François Corteggiani for Super Pif.
