Nick Dercon is a Belgian cartoonist and webcomic author, who uses the nickname Niconar. A self-taught artist, he started out with the webcomic 'Goxorland', that he made from 2007 to 2011. His next project was the 'Niconars Inferno', that he started in 2011. Besides on the internet, he also published his absurd comics and cartoons in P-Magazine from June 2012 to April 2015, and in games magazine CHIEF. The first compilation album of his work, 'De Hel van Niconar', was released through Syndikaat in 2013.
