Knast & Aksel, by Bent Nielsen

Bent Nielsen was only in eighth grade when cartoonist Franz Füchsel started guiding and advising him in his artwork. Soon Bent Nielsen sold his first cartoons to PIB Copenhagen. Nielsen always wanted to go to the School of Applied Art, but before he had a chance to get there, he joined an animation Studio, where he worked on several animated films. Later on, Nielsen started working in advertisement, but soon grew tired of this profession. He took a job in a youth club and started his series 'Knast & Aksel' in the Danish version of the 'Beetle Bailey' comic book.
