Tove Nørgaard was the artist who succeeded Vilhelm Hansen on the daily 'Rasmus Klump' comic in the mid 1960s. She continued the adventures of the little bear until the early 1980s, when she herself was succeeded by Ole Munk Rasmussen and Paul Arne Kring.
