Ochazukenori was born in 1960 in Kawasaki. From a young age, he produced some fanzines with friends. His first professional works were some "lolicon mangas", mangas with sexual representations of underage girls (which are not illegal in Japan). He eventually turned to horror with the serial 'Zangekikan' ('The Horror Mansion'). The artist soon got a cult status among manga fans who like horror. Specialized in short stories, Ochazukenori is influenced by other mangakas, as well as novelists and cinema.
