Turkish cartoonist Sait Oktay was born in Bursa-Mudanya in 1964. He published his first drawing in Gırgır, at the age of 16, being a pupil of Oguz Aral. He has since contributed to several other magazines, such as Fırt, Avni and Dıgıl. He also co-founded magazines like Çuvaldız and Gülmece-Bilmece.
