Jorge Pacheco is an American comic artist and children's book writer. After studying at the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon Art and contributions to comic books like 'Rip Off Comix' and Now's 'Slimer', he became a staff artist with Harvey Comics in 1990. He has worked on comic books with several licensed properties for this company, such as 'Beetlejuice', Pat Sullivan and Otto Messmer’s 'Felix the Cat', 'Saved by the Bell', Jay Ward's 'Underdog' and Friz Freleng's 'Pink Panther'.

Pacheco has also drawn Hanna-Babera's 'The Flintstones' (Blackthorne Comics), 'Sonic the Hedgehog' (Archie Comics), 'Looney Tunes' and 'Scooby Doo' (DC Comics), as well as 'Hero Envy' (Glint of Hope Productions) and 'Kung Fu Klutz & Karate Cool' (Tokyopop). He had his own syndicated comic strip called 'CEO Dad' and wrote and illustrated several children's books.
