Xenia Pamfil is a Romanian artist who graduated from the George Enescu University of Visual Arts in Iasi. She uses the pseudonym Chiu. She works as a 2D illustrator, concept artist and comic artist. She won an Erasmus scholarship at the Manchester Metropolitan University in 2004.
