Rodolfo Perez Garcia, who uses the pseudonym Pegaso, has been working in the Mexican comic book field since he was 17 years old. He is an illustrator for the so-called Ghetto Librettos, small Mexican pulp comic books full of sex and violence made for the working class man. He has worked among others on La Ley de la Calle by Editorial EJEA.
