Philippe Pellet was born on the isle of La Réunion. He moved to France in 1986, to study graphics and advertising. In 1995, he met scenarist Scotch Arleston, with whom he began such series as 'Les Forêts d'Opale' and 'Les Guerriers', that appear at Soleil Productions.
