Rob Phipps is a comic book artist. Between 1986 and 1993 he worked for Comico the Comic Company. He did art on 'Jon Sable', 'Judah the Hammer' and 'Psychoblast' for First Publishing (1987-88), 'Exiles', 'Ultraverse' and 'Mantra' for Malibu Comics (1993-94) and 'The Maze Agency' for Innovation Comics (1990-91). Additional work include '13: Assassin Comics Module' for TSR.
