Elenio Pico is a comic artist and painter from Buenos Aires. He is one of the editors of the magazine Lapiz Japonés, and he has contributed to El Tripero, Barbaria, Garufa, Perfil, Olho Magico (Brazil/Argentina), DDT (Cuba) and Zona de Obras (Spain/Argentina). Pico has done illustrations for Clarin, La Nacion, Az Diez and Platform (publication of the Canvas foundation in The Netherlands). Pico is the author of books like 'Safari' (SM, Spain), 'Cosas de Brujas', 'Valentina Tempranito', 'El Señor Cubito va al Zoológico', 'Tito Bola no Quiere Dormir', and 'Mamá se Fue de Compras' (Editorial Estrada, Argentina) and 'Pinóquio vai à Guerra' (Tonto).
