Stéphane Poulin is an illustrator from Montréal, Canada. He is an award-winning illustrator of children's books in Canada, and specialized in oil painting. His first children's book, called 'Ah! Belle Cité' was published in 1985. He has since focused on his role as an illustrator, and his art has appeared in dozens of books. Poulin spent five years of his life making his masterpiece 'Pays de la mémoire blanche', an illustrated book with comic elements written by the Belgian poet Carl Norac. It was released by Éditions Sarbacane in cooperation with Amnesty International in 2011.
