Reed Man studied art at the École Emile Cohl in Lyon. He launched Organic Comix in cooperation with his wife Élodie Ant in 1989. He joined Semic in 1992, where he started out as a retoucher. He eventually began doing comics, starting with 'Fantask Force' in Fantask in 2000. He has also illustrated stories with Semic characters like 'Dick Demon' and 'Strangers'.
