'Off the Record' (1961).
Ed Reed was a British comics artist and the second artist of the cartoon feature 'Off the Record', distributed by The Register and Tribune Syndicate. It featured cartoons and a comic strip starring 'The Three Bares'. 'Off the Record' was launched by Carl Kuhn in 1935, who drew it until 1940, when he passed the pencil to Reed, who continued the series until 1984.
