Jörg Reuter broke off his technical studies and commenced working for Mosaik magazine in 1980. He drew stories with the 'Abrafaxe' until 1984, and then studied art in Berlin-Schöneweide. Afterwards, he joined Mosaik again. After another period as an artist, he succeeded Lothar Dräger as the magazine's art director in 1991. In this occupation, he co-ordinates art, color and text for Mosaik magazine.
