Ripley's Believe it or Not, by Ed Robbins

Ed Robbins was a Golden Age artist, who worked for nearly all the big comic publishers from the 1940s to the 1970s. He is best known for his work on the 'Mike Hammer' daily comic, based on the work of novelist Mickey Spillane, in the early 1950s. His earliest comic work appeared in Marvel Mystery Comics in the 1940s, and during the following decades, he drew mainly mystery and war stories for DC ('G.I. Combat'), Dell/Gold Key (Boris Karloff Tales of Mystery, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Grimm's Ghost Stories, Twilight Zone) and Archie Comics (Shield-Wizard Comics).
