Julius Ros is a Dutch illustrator and writer from The Hague. He makes book illustrations and cartoons, and was one of the regular artists for children's magazines Okki and Bobo. He has written and illustrated children's books, as well as a series of poems with the little pig 'Knorredikje' for the Dutch version of the TV show 'Sesame Street' (1999-2001).

Ros is responsible for the illustrations in the new editions of the children's book series 'De Vijf' and 'Pinkeltje'. Besides being a draftsman, he is also active as a painter and sculptor.
