Les Pieds dans le Béton
Munich-born Mikaël Ross is an artist with two careers. Between 2004 and 2007 he attended a tailor training at the Munich Opera, and he then began a study in fashion design at the University of Berlin-Weissensee. He has been writing and drawing stories on the side, and he self-published the comic book 'Herrengedeck'. He interrupted his studies in 2010 to join the cartoon department of the Institut Saint-Luc in Brussels. There, he teamed up with Nicolas Wouters, with whom he began the comics project 'Les Pieds dans le Béton', that was published by Sarbacane in 2013. The book was released in Germany the following year, under the title 'Lauter Leben!'.
