Cazador de pumas (El Tony, June 1962)

Guglielmo Roux was born in Buenos Aires, and in 1948 he graduated from the School of Fine Arts in this city. He spent three years in Europe in the second half of the 1950s, where he did decoration and restoration works in Rome, among other things. He returned to Argentina in 1960 and settled in Jujuy, where he became a teacher.

Between 1960 and 1965 he also illustrated cowboy comics for Editorial Columba magazines like El Tony and D'Artagnan, that he signed with Guglielmo or Guillermo. After this, he devoted his time to painting and illustration. He is also a speecher and writer of essays on art. He is the son of comic artist Raúl Roux.
