Alejandro Ruiz was born in Alacant, Valencia, and is active as a painter, illustrator and comic artist. He has mainly worked on comics for foreign publishers through the Bardon Art agency. Ruiz is specialized in war comics, like 'Commando' and 'Air Ace' for the British market, and romance stories. He has also contributed to the horror magazine Gespenster Geschichten of Bastei Verlag in Germany.
