The Form of Hapiness (しあわせのかたち)

Akira "Charlie" Nozawa is a Japanese manga artist, born in 1961. He is also known as Tamakichi Sakura. Born in Tokyo, he studied at Tama Art University. He has done character designs for video games and has mainly made manga for computer game-related magazines. His gag cartoon 'The Form of Hapiness' ran in NES Communication magazine (now Famitsu) from 1986 to 1994. The feature has known several formats, and also interruptions, due to personal problems of the author.

He has also produced several other serials for NES Communication, Famikomi and Monthly Comic Beam, with features like 'The Adventures of Torr-ball'. With writer Kentaro Takekuma, he was responsible for the 'Super Mario Adventures' comic, that starred the characters from the famous Nintendo game series. The feature ran in Nintendo Power throughout 1992, and was later serialized in CoroCoro Comic in 1993.
