Ron Schuijt is a freelance comic artist and illustrator from Rotterdam. He makes illustrations, visuals, character designs, portraits, caricatures, storyboards and comics. Among his clients are VPRO, Unicef, Delta Alliance, the Suppreme Court in The Hague, the port of Rotterdam, Villa zebra, Expreszo magazine and DGMR. His comic story about student life, 'Tussen katers en spraakwater', was published by Syndikaat in 2013. In a different style, he started his series about the fall of the Burgundian Netherlands around 1470. It is a mix is historical facts and folkstale, and stars folk characters like Till Eulenspiegel and Lamme Goedzak. The first volume, 'De twist in het sticht', was published by Syndikaat in 2016.
