Notre Dame des Silences
Born in Toulouse, Jean-Luc Serrano made his debut in the magazines L'Écho des Savanes and Métal Hurlant. He drew the series 'Taï Dor' from scripts by Rodolphe and Serge Le Tendre between 1987 and 1994 as well as the 1989 one shot 'Notre Dame des Silences', before heading to the USA to works at the Dream Works animation studios. Back in France, he specialized in illustrating children's books for Milan, among other publishers. He returned to comics with an installment in Frank Giroud's series 'Destins' for Glénat in 2010.
