Sharhabil Ahmed (Sharhabeel Ahmed, Arabic: شرحبيل احمد) is one of the leading cartoonists in Sudan, who has been active since the 1950s. He has created comics for the magazines Al-sibyan (Boy's Journal), Maryud and Sabah (Morning). His best-known character is that of 'Uncle Tnico'. Among his realistic work is the serial 'Smell of the Earth', written by Mohammed Mustafa and was published in Sabah.
Later Sharhabil Ahmed became a famous and celebrated folk musician and oud player.
