Luigi Simeoni was born in Brescia. He began his career working mainly in the advertising field. He created his first humorous comics for the magazine Cattivik in 1991. The same year, he cooperated on the collective album 'Full Moon Project'. Simeoni worked on 'Lazarus Ledd' and for L'Intrepido a year later. He was the co-creator of the series 'Hammer' at Star Comics in 1994. Simeoni illustrated 'Gregory Hunter' in Albo Maxi. At Bonelli, he illustrated 'Nathan Never'.
