Siris was part of the renaissance of the Canadian underground comix movement of the 1990s. He drew his first comics while studying at the Cégep du Vieux-Montréal. He has published in fanzines like Krypton (1987-1989), Rectangle (1986-1990), Mac tin tac (1992-1995), Kèkrapules (1993), and Kollectiv (1997). He published several comix, such as 'Cent Rides Cent Boutons' (1991), 'J'ai Eu des Pensées toute la Journée' (1991), 'Comix Baloney' 1 et 2 (1995 and 1997) and 'Rotabagage' (1996).
In the Fall of 2003, Siris participated in a group exhibition called Cyclops at the Ottawa School of Art Gallery / Galerie de l'École d'art d'Ottawa. He also created two murals in Montréal, one on the corner of Inlays and Bay-tree (12x50), the other one in the Chinese district, on the corner of St-Urbain and Lagauchetière (30 x 40).
